Syrian Woodpecker - One found in the sand dunes, told from Great-spotted Woodpecker initially on call.

Alpine Swift - common around the beach hotels. Best photo opportunities first thing in the morning when they flew lower in colder air.

Red-rumped Swallow - Small groups seen hawking around favoured areas.

Red-backed Shrike - 3 seen in the sand dunes. Vocal so easy to locate.

Scarce Swallowtail - Several seen flying along beach and in the dunes.
